Job Summary
Lead strategic oversight and daily operations for recovery housing programs at Basecamp Recovery Center's Franklinton and Whitehall locations. Supervise housing coordinators, resident managers, and peer support staff while managing budgets, approving purchases, and monitoring occupancy revenue. Coordinate resident admissions, discharges, and transfers; maintain accurate records in BestNotes; and ensure compliance with Ohio Recovery Housing standards, Medicaid requirements, and CARF accreditation protocols. Oversee property maintenance, vendor relationships, and emergency situations, including on-call availability for behavioral crises and after-hours incidents. Maximize housing utilization, conduct regular audits, and foster a culture of accountability across multidisciplinary teams.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of two (2) years of leadership or supervisory experience
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Ability to pass a required criminal background check and Medicaid exclusion list verification
- Commitment to trauma-informed, person-centered, recovery-oriented care
- Evening, weekend, and on-call availability
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Ability to climb stairs
- Frequent driving and traveling between locations
- Knowledge of addiction, recovery principles, and recovery housing regulations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems, including BestNotes
- Ability to analyze operational data and develop improvement plans

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
- Experience in behavioral health, recovery housing, social services, nonprofit leadership, residential programs, or property management
- CPRS, CDCA, LCDC, LISW, LPCC, or other behavioral health credential
- Lived experience in recovery
- Experience supervising multidisciplinary teams
- Budget and operational management experience
- NARR or Ohio Recovery Housing experience
- Familiarity with BestNotes or similar behavioral health EHR systems
- Experience with Medicaid documentation requirements
