Job Summary
Detail-oriented Housing Deposit Coordinator to manage submission and facilitation of housing deposit authorizations to health plans; liaison between landlords, tenants, and health plans; review and validate documentation; ensure timely processing and compliance with internal procedures and health-plan requirements; collaborate with billing, legal, and Community Support staff; coordinate with property management to assist with housing deposit payments; handle referrals for housing deposit/housing sustainability services; strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills; must have a valid CA driver's license and vehicle insurance. Comfortable with processing housing deposit authorizations, lease documentation, and maintaining accurate records; full-time role based in San Diego, CA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years’ administrative/coordinator experience
- Experience handling authorizations or insurance submissions
- Valid California driver's license and vehicle insurance
