Job Summary
Coordinate the development and execution of marketing strategies for the site under site leadership, targeting necessary audiences to meet sales goals. Act as the primary on-site sales and marketing representative by responding to inquiries, conducting tours, and providing information on services, pricing, and financial assistance. Plan community networking programs with local leaders and maintain accurate records of leads through the CRM system. Assist residents with preadmission procedures, including reservation agreements, and ensure smooth transitions to site staff. Work independently with flexibility for weekend or later hours to support prospective customers and the community's mission.
Required Qualifications
- College degree in social work, gerontology, marketing, human services or related field, or equivalent experience
- Experience in senior housing, service, or health care related environment
- Must understand the basic principles of sales and marketing
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Must have flexibility with periodic weekend or later hours
- Must be a team player, willing to take direction and accept responsibility for meeting specified objectives
- Must have personal integrity
- Must be able to work effectively with prospective customers, residents, family members and representatives, coworkers, visitors, and the public
- Demonstrated compatibility with PHS' mission and operating philosophies
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers
- Must be experienced and able to use customer relation management (CRM) software
- Must be able to use Microsoft Office and other common computer programs
