Housing Counselor, Philadelphia County

Conduct intake assessments, develop individualized stability plans, and act as a primary advocate between clients and regional housing entities. Offer financial literacy, tenant rights education, and foreclosure prevention to help individuals and families find stable housing. Facilitate community workshops and navigate complex local resources to ensure long-term client success while maintaining meticulous documentation for a high-volume caseload.
