Job Summary
Coordinate and oversee the implementation of the SSVF program to provide rapid re-housing using a Housing First model. Conduct landlord, community, and housing stakeholder outreach and collaboration to obtain and retain safe, long-term housing. Manage direction financial assistance for veterans and establish agreements with landlord partners. Provide case management for self-sufficiency and deliver direct service and mobile advocacy. Requires current AZ Driver's License, clear motor vehicle record, and Behavioral Health Technician certification. Hourly pay with generous PTO, medical/dental/vision, 401K match, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Highschool diploma or GED
- Current AZ Driver's License
- Clear 39-month Motor Vehicle Record
- Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) in accordance with A.A.C. R9-10-101.33 and CBI Clinical Policies and Procedures
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card, site specific
Desired Qualifications
- Associates Degree (or higher) in a field related to behavioral health
- 1-3 years of full-time Health Care related work experience where his or her prior experience would provide adequate exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations
