Housing | Case Navigator - PSH

Case Navigator coordinates and updates referral services, maintains client files, inputs data in designated databases, and gathers/report program metrics. Responsible for assessing families and individuals for strengths and barriers related to housing and rental assistance, assisting with establishing and meeting housing goals, managing a caseload, and coordinating with outside providers to meet client needs. Requires experience with homeless populations, case management in housing or homelessness services, strong organizational and communication skills, and computer literacy (MS Office). Bachelor degree in social work, psychology, or related field is required, along with a Texas driver’s license.
