Job Summary

Conduct comprehensive assessments using the EMPath case management model to identify client strengths and goals for housing stability. Collaborate with clients to develop individualized service plans addressing housing challenges and overall well-being. Assist clients in securing safe and stable housing by coordinating with landlords, property managers, and housing authorities while advocating against discrimination. Connect clients with community resources including employment services, legal assistance, and food programs. Provide crisis intervention during emergencies and maintain precise documentation of all case management services and client interactions. Maintain accurate client records and submit progress reports as required.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate Degree in psychology or related field
  • One (1) year of experience in case management
  • Certified in National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) or able to obtain within 6 months of employment
  • Valid Texas Driver's License
  • Flexible and effective team player, able to adapt to changes and a busy workplace environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of housing resources, entitlement programs, and community services
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
  • Empathy, resilience, and a commitment to advocating for the needs of clients
  • Successful applicant must comply with federal contractor vaccine mandate requirements
