Job Summary
Housing Case Manager at Friends of Switchpoint in St. George, UT, providing intake, case management, referrals, and client advocacy to assist homeless individuals and families in locating affordable housing and accessing community resources. Responsibilities include greeting clients, handling inquiries via multiple channels, explaining housing program requirements, conducting initial eligibility screenings, referring clients to internal/external resources, coordinating with staff, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with basic resumes and employment resources. Requires strong interpersonal and crisis-management skills, confidentiality, and ability to work collaboratively with partners; associate degree preferred and valid Utah driver’s license are expected. Compensation is $20/hour with full- or part-time options.
Required Qualifications
