Job Summary
Site Manager for Tenant Case Management provides non-clinical, person-centered housing support to tenants, helping maintain housing stability, connect to behavioral health and community services, and develop life skills and resiliency goals. Responsibilities include maintaining regular contact with members, assisting with whole-health goals, linking to resources, contributing to Person-Centered Plans, Crisis Plans, and Housing Stabilization Plans, delivering non-clinical education and support to members and families, documenting contacts and annual recertifications, coordinating with housing staff and vendors, and collaborating with related teams. Requires field-based travel to housing sites, strong communication and documentation skills, and a valid driver’s license. Location: Waynesville, NC (On-Site); Schedule: Part-Time, 8:30am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday. Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to work site
