Job Summary
Provide case management services to domestic and sexual violence victims in our permanent housing program, including crisis intervention and safety planning, referrals and linkage to supportive services, navigation of relevant systems, and on-call coverage. Collaborate with victims at varying levels of trauma, complete contract/compliance activities, and contribute to a work culture of inclusion and belonging. The role involves rotating on-call shifts that require some nights and weekends. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with 1+ year related experience and a valid NYS driver’s license with reliable transportation.
