Job Summary
Houseperson (PM Shift) at DoubleTree by Hilton Omaha Downtown maintains clean, organized guest floors, service areas, and public spaces; transports supplies, removes linen and trash, responds to guest requests, replenishes carts, assists with guest laundry transport, handles lost and found, and follows safety procedures to support a positive guest experience. Responsibilities include cleaning and sanitizing areas, stocking supplies, delivering guest-requested items promptly, reporting safety or maintenance concerns, and upholding hotel policies and appearance standards while working as part of the housekeeping team.
Required Qualifications
- Previous hotel housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
