Job Summary
Distribute linen to designated areas in the hotel, deliver needed items to guest rooms and assist Room Attendants and Supervisors. Maintain cleanliness of guest floors, perform general cleaning tasks, and participate in special projects as assigned. The Houseperson supports hotel operations by performing supportive functions, including handling guest requests, assisting with training attendance, and upholding health and safety standards. Must meet basic language, communication, and computer-skills requirements; able to lift up to 50 lbs, push/pull equipment up to 250 lbs, and perform tasks in confined spaces with mobility and endurance for a hotel environment; grooming and neat appearance required.
