Job Summary
Houseperson cleans and maintains public hotel areas, assists room attendants with guest room cleaning (vacuuming, carpet shampooing, floor cleaning, trash removal), stocks and maintains supply rooms, and performs other cleaning duties as assigned. Starting wage is $20/hr for Summer Seasonal 2026, with part-time hours available. Requires High School or GED (preferred), 2-3 years of housekeeping experience (preferred), English proficiency (required), and ability to lift up to 30 lbs. Staffing supports training via Epic Service and includes benefits such as free employee passes, discounts, and wellness programs. Housing available; requires flexibility to work weekends/holidays; Spanish proficiency preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School or GED - Preferred
- 2 - 3 years of housekeeping experience or equivalent - Preferred
- Previous experience housekeeping in hotels or condos - Preferred
- Must be able to communicate in efficiently in English - Required
- Ability to communicate in Spanish - Preferred
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs - Required
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time in excess of 2 hours - Required
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule, including weekends and holidays - Required
