Job Summary
Assist all housekeeping personnel with heavy-duty work as directed by the Executive Housekeeper. Maintain cleanliness in guest corridors, floors, fireplaces, ovens, elevators, landings, linen closets, guest laundry, exercise rooms, employee lounges, and other public areas. Remove and clean soiled linens. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, reach overhead and below knees, and stand or walk for extended periods. Required certifications include TIPS, ServSafe, and health department training. Schedule is part-time, 7am to 3pm.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Must be able to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 50 pounds without assistance
- Must be able to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stopping
- Must be able to stand, sit and/or walk for an extended period of time
- Required certifications and training for TIPS, ServSafe, health department and other required organizations according to local codes
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality is a plus
