Houseperson

Houseperson responsible for cleaning and maintenance duties across clubhouse and surrounding amenities; tasks include sanitizing, sweeping, mopping, dusting, trash removal, light bulb replacement, and window cleaning; notify supervisor of needed supplies and issues, follow all safety procedures, properly utilize equipment, maintain restrooms and exterior areas, replenish dispensers, lift up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally, perform physical tasks including climbing and kneeling, work in outdoor weather conditions, respond to emergencies, climb ladders, maintain a friendly/professional attitude, and ensure regular attendance.
