Job Summary
Cleans rooms and public areas in a hotel, stocks housekeeper carts with supplies, and fulfills guest requests. Performs carpet cleaning in guest rooms and public areas, conducts property walks, identifies and addresses minor maintenance issues, and notifies appropriate staff. Fills in for housekeeping shifts and cleans rooms according to brand and company minutes per room standard. Responds to guest needs and supports front desk requests as needed; open availability and ability to stand for long periods are required.
