Job Summary
Prepare guest rooms for service, clean corridors, and distribute in-room linens to support overall hotel operations. Clean hotel lobbies, hallways, elevators, and public restrooms; vacuum carpets, wash windows, and polish fixtures. Transport fresh linens, remove soiled laundry, and stock satellite storages with supplies. Handle light maintenance, rearrange meeting room furniture, and assist with banquet set-ups. Respond to guest requests for extra towels, rollaway beds, or luggage assistance. Complete daily production logs, inventory counts, and required documentation. Monitor and maintain appropriate inventory levels of linens, chemicals, and supplies. Identify and report maintenance issues, safety concerns, or suspicious activity to leadership. Work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment with exposure to heat, humidity, and cleaning chemicals.

Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in janitorial work, housekeeping, or hospitality is highly preferred.
- Previous experience in laundry, housekeeping, or hospitality operations preferred.
- Familiarity with laundry equipment and chemical handling procedures.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and housekeeping workflows.
