Job Summary
Houseperson responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of general public areas of the property and performing light maintenance tasks as daily duties. Responsibilities include emptying trash receptacles and ashtrays, cleaning walkways, stairways, railings, and EXIT doors; washing windows; maintaining elevators, tracks, chrome, and stainless steel; spot-cleaning walls and doors; wiping baseboards, railings, phones, walls, and vending areas; vacuuming public area rugs and corridors; shampooing carpets; polishing lobby floors; regularly inspecting lobby area and public restrooms for cleanliness and replenishing supplies during events; and cleaning public restrooms and lobby.
Required Qualifications
- Requires walking and standing for an entire shift
- Requires ability to perform light physical labor: Lifting, Reaching, Bending, Stretching, and Handling
