Job Summary
Stock and maintain cleanliness of storage closets, remove soiled linens and trash from units, and deliver linen and supply bags to rooms. Walk assigned buildings or floors to ensure units are free of linen, trash, or equipment, and report maintenance issues and lost items to the Executive Housekeeper. Move furniture as directed, assist in linen inventories, and solve guest complaints promptly while making guest deliveries. Maintain a high standard of excellence, follow company procedures, and ensure a safe working environment. Work irregular hours and be prompt with all assignments.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds (with or without accommodation)
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to make decisions
- Planning and scheduling capabilities
- Ability to read, write and do basic math
- Personal timeliness
- A passion for cleanliness
- Strong work ethic
- Ability to learn and change behavior
- Willing and able to perform all duties related to site operation as directed by the Executive Housekeeper
- Willing and able to assist resort guests and owners
- Make guest deliveries as directed
- Work irregular hours
