Job Summary
Houseperson/Runner supports Supervisors and Housekeepers to meet quality and timeliness standards. Responsibilities include stocking and organizing storage closets, removing soiled linens and trash, delivering linen and supplies to units, walking floors to ensure cleanliness, reporting maintenance issues and lost-and-found items, assisting with linen inventories, solving guest complaints promptly, and creating positive customer relations. Requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, read/write/basic math, and flexibility to work irregular hours; a valid driver’s license is required for certain locations. The role emphasizes hospitality, teamwork, safety, and a proactive approach to keeping units turned on time. Training is provided and benefits are offered.
