Job Summary
Houseperson responsible for keeping the hotel clean and stocked. Duties include replenishing toiletries and supplies, delivering items to guest rooms (towels, extra pillows, supplies), collecting and running laundry, reporting lost & found items, and working in a team to ensure a great guest stay. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and have weekend availability. Requires strong guest service skills, organization, attention to detail, and clear communication with guests and staff while supporting overall hotel operations.
