Houseperson

Respond promptly to guest and department requests while identifying, fixing, and reporting maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms. Maintain housekeeping carts, receive linen supplies, and remove trash collected by room attendants. Walk assigned floors at shift start and end to collect newspaper bags, newspapers, and soiled linen, then refill par stock in each floor pantry. Assist guests with in-room issues such as TVs, phones, and toilets. Perform these duties in a clean and orderly manner during the 4pm to 11pm shift.
