Job Summary
Houseperson responsible for responding promptly to guest requests, identifying and reporting preventative or other maintenance issues in public areas or guest rooms, and performing housekeeping tasks to maintain guestrooms, working areas, and the hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner. Duties include receiving linen supplies from floor shoots, maintaining housekeeping carts, removing trash collected by room attendants, walking assigned floors at shift start and end to collect newspapers, bags, and trash, and picking up clean linen to refill the par stock on each floor pantry.
