Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness and organization of hotel public areas, including lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, and meeting spaces, by dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and polishing surfaces. Deliver linens, towels, and supplies to room attendants while removing dirty linens and trash from guest rooms and service areas. Assist with moving beds, furniture, and equipment, and respond promptly to guest requests for items like towels or directions. Report maintenance issues such as leaks or safety hazards and ensure cleaning equipment remains in proper working condition. Perform deep cleaning tasks as assigned and support overall room readiness. This physically active role requires frequent walking, standing, and lifting up to 50 lbs, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience
- Frequent walking and standing throughout entire shift
- Frequent bending, lifting, pushing, and carrying up to 25–50 lbs
- Ability to work in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment
- Regular movement throughout indoor hotel spaces
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Basic time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to follow instructions and uphold brand standards
- Positive, guest-focused attitude
Desired Qualifications
