Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness of assigned areas, sign for beeper keys and port-a-vac, and check elevators, tracks, and rollaway serviceability. Clean and mop linen rooms, maintain inventory, vacuum hallways, and clean ice machines, soda machines, and floors. Prepare repair lists, answer service calls, and perform deep cleans quarterly while ensuring courteous service to staff and guests. Receive and stock supplies, maintain GRA carts and vacuums, and spot check hallway mirrors. Work on-call with a starting salary of $18.00 hourly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English
- Ability to perform basic math
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff
Desired Qualifications
- Previous houseperson experience
- Good communication skills
- Full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies and procedures
