Job Summary

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the Clubhouse and assigned areas, including porches, patios, and exterior entrances. Read and follow event party sheets to accurately set up meeting rooms, banquet spaces, and dining areas, arranging layouts according to specifications. Set, reset, and break down tables and event spaces before and after functions, while refilling salt and pepper shakers and replenishing guest room and event supplies. Transport linens to and from laundry, clean and organize equipment, and assist with buffet service and deliveries to Club outlets. Immediately notify management of maintenance issues, safety concerns, or other operational needs.

Required Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and move equipment and supplies as required
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
  • Must be able to life/move up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility throughout each work shift
  • Must be able to bend, stoop, squat and stretch to fulfill duties
  • Must be able to operate all necessary equipment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Must maintain appropriate grooming standards established by Oakmont

Desired Qualifications

  • Previous hospitality, banquet, or food service experience
