Job Summary
Houseperson/Runner position at Mystic Dunes Resort (MasterCorp, Inc.). Supports Supervisors and Housekeepers to meet quality and timeliness standards, maintains cleanliness and organization of storage, handles linens and supplies, removes trash, delivers linen, reports maintenance and lost-and-found items, assists with guest deliveries, and ensures a safe, efficient operation. Requires physical stamina, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, strong planning and scheduling, a valid driver’s license for some locations, and a guest-focused, proactive approach to hospitality duties. Required Qualifications
