Job Summary
Houseperson responsible for luggage handling, cleaning and trash management in hotel public spaces and guest areas. Maintain spotless hallways and service areas, replenish amenities, stock guestrooms, and assist housekeeping as needed. Emphasizes welcoming guests by name, friendly service, and adherence to guidelines to ensure guest satisfaction and a safe, organized environment. Requires physical tasks (lifting, bending, climbing) and a flexible schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be 18+ and able to clock in/out as required. Required Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred.
- Can-Do Attitude: Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Handle Pace and Pressure: Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations.

- Hospitality and Guest Service: Must have a desire to serve all guests.
