Job Summary
Conduct thorough cleaning and stocking of guest rooms, hallways, and public spaces as assigned per shift. Greet guests by name upon arrival and throughout their stay while maintaining spotless workspaces and organizing all front and back-of-house areas. Complete pre-cleaning duties including folding linen, attending morning stand-ups, and performing deep cleaning or storage room tasks as directed by the supervisor. Wear a clean, approved uniform with a nametag at all times and adhere to strict checklist accuracy for operational standards. Work a varied schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays while clocking in and out precisely.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred
- Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Must be able to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures
- Must work well in stressful, high-pressure situations
- Must be effective at listening to, understanding, clarifying, and resolving the concerns and issues raised by co-workers and guests
- Must be able to convey information and ideas clearly
- Must have a desire to serve all guests
- Must be 18 years of age or older to perform this job
- Must be willing to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays based upon the demands of the hotel
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position satisfactorily
