The Houseperson is responsible for ensuring a clean and organized hotel environment by maintaining guest hallways, service areas, and assisting with luggage handling. The role requires excellent guest relations communication, ability to manage cleanliness standards, and teamwork collaboration. This position demands a positive attitude and adaptability to high-pressure situations, alongside adherence to established cleaning and operational guidelines.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Willing to work a varied schedule that may include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Arrive and clock in on time for every shift worked and clock out at the scheduled shift ending time.
- Provide sufficient notice as directed by your supervisor when calling out for a scheduled shift.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a hospitality, service, consumer-facing franchise or related field preferred.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures.
- Effective at listening, understanding, clarifying, and resolving concerns raised by co-workers and guests.
