Job Summary
Houseperson responsible for the cleanliness of public hotel areas and the organization of supplies, assisting room attendants to maintain brand-cleanliness standards, and supporting maintenance with minor repairs and work orders. Requires ability to stand up to eight hours, push/pull 60 pounds, lift/carry 30 pounds, and work autonomously or as part of a team. Must pass security clearances and be available for 1st or 2nd shifts, including weekends. Provides guest service with courtesy and professionalism, adheres to company guidelines, and may assist in housekeeping, laundry, or maintenance as needed. The role emphasizes hospitality, safety, and providing a hospitable guest experience in accordance with hotel standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Potential associates must pass appropriate security clearances
- Experience in lodging, housing, hospitals, or care facilities preferred
