Job Summary
Collect dirty linens from assigned floors and transport them to the laundry area while delivering fresh linens to room attendant carts. Assist room attendants with heavy items such as mattresses and clean designated public areas including restrooms, vending areas, and storage spaces. Remove trash, wipe down surfaces, sweep, and wax floors to maintain cleanliness and organization. Deliver and retrieve guest-requested supplies and respond to guest complaints to ensure satisfaction. Perform deep cleaning projects and other duties as assigned. This role requires the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills
- Some housekeeping experience
- Ability to speak English
- Ability to carry or lift items weighing up to 75 pounds
- Ability to push and pull items up to 300 pounds
- Ability to frequently stand up and move about the facility
- Ability to frequently handle objects and equipment
- Ability to frequently bend, stoop, and kneel
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and/or holidays
