Job Summary
Conduct quarterly deep cleaning and detailed room servicing, moving furniture to clean walls, doors, and hard-to-reach areas. Wash and sanitize furniture inside and out, shampoo carpets, and perform room restoration projects. Clean bathrooms from top to bottom, including tubs, floors, fixtures, vents, and molding. Rotate mattresses, wash curtains, and clean windows, artwork, mirrors, and closet tracks. Make beds, dust, vacuum, and restock guest room items as required. Collaborate with the maintenance department on preventive maintenance initiatives while following all safety guidelines for chemicals and equipment. Assist with additional housekeeping or hotel-related duties as assigned. This role supports the 196-room Hilton Ocala property, a premier destination for weddings and meetings, with a focus on achieving 100% guest satisfaction through exceptional room condition.
Required Qualifications
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to follow cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and hotel standards

- Willingness to participate in on-the-job training
- Frequent lifting and carrying of items up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to safely perform repetitive motions, including squatting, kneeling, reaching, and pushing/pulling equipment
Desired Qualifications

- Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience
