Job Summary
Maintain cleanliness and order in all guest hallways and public areas while stocking linen closets and preparing housekeeping carts per daily assignments. Wash, fold, and organize linens to ensure consistent room turnover, and keep public restrooms stocked and presentable throughout the shift. Remove trash from common areas and respond to guest room service calls for minor maintenance requests. Provide short-term front desk coverage when agents handle in-room calls, ensuring the lobby remains unattended. Support assigned housekeeping or maintenance projects as directed by management. This hybrid role requires availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment involving physical tasks up to 250lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Available days, nights, weekends, and/or holidays
- Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and twist in the work area
- Must be able to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to 250lbs
- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time
- Must be able to operate a computer, telephone, and copier
- Manual dexterity to operate all office equipment
- Ability to maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience in housekeeping, laundry, or light maintenance
