Maintain guest hallways, stairways, and linen closets by vacuuming, dusting, and emptying trash. Deliver clean linens, restock supplies, and sort soiled and clean laundry into carts. Remove soiled items from rooms, fold towels, and transport rollaways and cribs to guests. Assist room attendants with deep cleaning, mattress turning, and general maintenance tasks. Report equipment issues to supervisors and uphold "I Am Proud" service standards through positive guest interactions. Maintain a professional appearance, adhere to safety guidelines, and collaborate across departments to ensure a clean, organized environment.
