Job Summary
Clean and maintain public areas, buff floors, shampoo carpets and furniture, and ensure restrooms are sanitized throughout the shift. Deliver service items, luggage, and coffee to guest rooms upon front desk requests, while managing shuttle van operations when needed. Handle luggage assistance at check-in/out, process lost and found items, and remove room service trash from hallways. Turn in keys and assignment sheets at shift end, complete daily checklists, and perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards for safety and efficiency while maintaining composure in high-pressure situations.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a hotel or a related field
- Valid driver license for the applicable State
- Acceptable MVR (Motor Vehicle Driving record)
- Ability to convey information and ideas clearly
- Ability to evaluate and select among alternative courses of action quickly and accurately
- Ability to work well in stressful high pressure situations
- Ability to maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
