Job Summary
Maintain guestrooms, working areas, and hotel premises in a clean and orderly manner by cleaning carpets, upholstered furniture, walls, doors, and ceilings. Transport clean and dirty linen and supplies while ensuring bathrooms, fans, and air conditioning vents are free of dust or lint. Wash doors and windows at the SPA area, maintain light poles and hotel signs, and empty waste receptacles in public spaces. Dust windowsills, clean chandeliers and lights, and ensure internal windows and doorways are free of fingerprints. Maintain Cypress Terrace patio, gravel, and carpets free of debris or spots. Keep restaurant furniture polished, offices clean, and baseboards free of dust.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to work at a flexible and rotating schedule including weekends and holidays
- Must be energetic, organized, responsive, multi-task oriented
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Possess room cleaning, room inspection and laundry experience
- Possess effective communication skill
- Possess basic administrative skill
- Bilingual required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds
- Must have close vision
- Must have distance vision
