Job Summary
Clean and maintain the cleanliness of the lobby, hallways, restrooms, and surrounding member areas, including deep cleaning assigned clubhouse spaces. Set up rooms for all functions according to BEO sheets and replenish supplies while reporting needed items to the supervisor. Maintain safety by reporting hazards and attend all mandatory meetings. Greet members and guests professionally while responding to requests in a timely manner. This Union position requires payment of LOCAL 2 dues and involves lifting up to 50 pounds. Applicants must be 18 years of age, fluent in English, and fully vaccinated with two weeks prior to entry.
Required Qualifications
- Applicants must be minimum 18 Years of age
- Fluent in conversational English
- Professional demeanor and appearance a must
- Ability to work all shifts assigned and report to work on time in proper uniform
- Be able to stand for long periods of time
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Be able to walk, stand, climb, kneel, crawl, push, pull and twist the majority of the day on an uneven surface
- Be able to work in varying temperatures and outdoor work areas
- Vision requirement: good close vision, peripheral vision, distance vision, and depth perception
- Auditory requirements including: cognitive hearing and response
- To enter the property one must be fully vaccinated plus two weeks
