Job Summary
Stock and maintain cleanliness and organization of storage closets, assist in stripping units of soiled linens, and remove trash from assigned areas. Walk all buildings or floors to ensure units are free of linen, trash, or equipment, while reporting maintenance issues and lost items per company procedure. Move furniture as directed, assist in linen inventories, and make guest deliveries. Assist supervisors in solving guest complaints promptly and create positive customer relations. This full-time or part-time role requires a valid driver's license for certain locations, the ability to lift 75 pounds, and willingness to work irregular hours.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds (with or without accommodation)
- A valid driver's license will be required for certain locations
- Willing and able to perform all duties related to site operation as directed by the Executive Housekeeper
- Ability to make decisions
- Planning and scheduling capabilities
- Ability to read, write and do basic math
- Personal timeliness be prompt with all assignments
