Job Summary
Conduct daily cleaning and maintenance of hotel public areas, guest rooms, corridors, and outdoor premises including pools and parking lots. Deliver requested amenities and supplies to guests, remove trash and debris from all areas, and assist with laundry operations. Monitor indoor and outdoor premises while responding to all calls via communication devices and verbally addressing guest complaints. Approach all guest and employee interactions with a friendly, service-oriented manner while complying with brand safety and efficiency standards. Requires 1-2 years of related experience, ability to stand and walk 8 hours, and lifting capacity up to 50lbs. Full-time role with excellent benefits including medical, dental, PTO, and 401k match.
