Clean and maintain public areas inside and outside the hotel, including corridors, parking lots, pool areas, and restrooms. Deliver amenities and requested items to guests, respond to all calls via communication device, and remove trash or debris from premises. Stock guest supplies, cleaning materials, and linen for housekeeping carts. Monitor indoor corridors and outside premises, verbally warning guests of complaints such as noise issues. Approach all guest and employee encounters with a friendly, service-oriented manner while complying with safety and operational standards. Perform laundry assistance and clean guest rooms when specially requested.
