Job Summary
Houseperson for Evening Shift at Homewood Suites Fremont responsible for maintaining public areas, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms; assisting with moving furniture and supplies; collecting soiled linens and delivering fresh stock; supporting room attendants with heavy items; responding to guest requests promptly; and reporting maintenance or safety issues. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds, flexible schedule (weekends/holidays); prior hotel/janitorial experience preferred; strong teamwork and communication skills; adherence to safety procedures and uniform standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to lift, push, and move heavy items safely
- Previous experience in a hotel or janitorial role preferred
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
