Job Summary
Clean public bathrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas by removing trash, vacuuming, mopping, and maintaining organization. Greet and assist guests with a friendly smile, accommodate special requests quickly, and receive deliveries while keeping storage areas clean. Assist with guest room cleaning, laundry, and kitchen duties as requested, and report broken or missing items to the maintenance team. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays while standing and walking for entire shifts, lifting up to 25 pounds. Support hotel goals through teamwork and collaboration with all departments.
