Job Summary
Clean public bathrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas by removing trash, vacuuming, mopping, and performing other necessary functions. Greet and assist guests encountered during shifts with a friendly smile, while accommodating special requests quickly and professionally. Receive and put away deliveries, maintaining organization and cleanliness of storage areas. Assist with cleaning guest rooms, laundry, and kitchen duties as requested, and support the maintenance team by reporting broken, defective, or missing items. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays, requiring continuous movement, lifting up to 25 pounds, and standing for entire shifts.
