Job Summary
The Houseperson is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of banquet areas, assisting servers, transporting equipment, and ensuring guest satisfaction at Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Sacramento.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to speak, read, write and understand primary language(s) used in the workplace
- Must obtain and maintain valid licenses / certifications per Federal, State and ERGC Gaming regulations
- Must successfully pass background check
- Must successfully pass drug screening
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age
- Must have excellent attendance and conduct record for consideration
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Prior experience in the Gaming industry
- Prior experience in Tribal Gaming
Additional Requirements
- Evenings, weekends and holidays are a regular part of the schedule
