Houseperson

Houseperson responsible for cleaning and maintaining the appearance of public hotel areas, including deep cleaning of assigned spaces, setting up and maintaining lobby functions (coffee service, concierge events), cleaning and setting up meeting rooms, and delivering items to guest rooms as requested by the front desk. Must comply with Avion Hospitality standards, clean floors and carpets to hotel specs, clean restrooms, assist guests with luggage during check-in/checkout, and follow safety practices. Additional duties as assigned by supervisor; ability to perform other reasonable hotel duties as needed. Skills include attention to cleanliness, hospitality service, guest assistance, teamwork, and adherence to hotel protocols.
