Job Summary
Assist guests with loading and unloading baggage at the hotel, airport, or other destinations while transporting them to requested locations. Drive and park safely according to hotel policies, ensuring passengers remain seated and report any accidents or vehicle damage immediately. Maintain clean, organized, and fresh-smelling van interiors and keep entrance areas presentable. Explain hotel services, facilities, and upcoming events to guests, providing accurate local directions as needed. Secure and tag baggage per guest requests, respond quickly to complaints, and follow all company procedures. Provide a professional image and ensure passenger safety throughout all trips.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
- Knowledge of upcoming events/functions in the hotel and in the surrounding area
- Familiarity with the surrounding area and local streets
- Ability to provide local directions in a courteous and accurate manner
- Ability to respond quickly to guest requests or complaints in a friendly manner
- Ability to provide a professional image at all times through appearance and dress
