Houseperson (Afternoon & Night)

Take ownership of public areas during afternoon and night shifts, ensuring guests are provided with a clean, comfortable space. Clean all back-of-house areas excluding the kitchen and stores, including the lobby, restaurant, conference spaces, locker rooms, and staff/public washrooms. Carry out programmed cleaning duties, maintain equipment to a high standard, and assist with stocktaking. Use and clean equipment with care, reporting any defects per the procedures manual. Ensure the security of keys and areas by adhering to security procedures and reporting suspicious persons or items. Understand the correct usage and storage of cleaning agents in line with health and safety regulations. Available for a variety of shifts including weekends and public holidays.
