Houseperson

As a Houseperson in our housekeeping team, you assist room and public area attendants by delivering requested items to guests' rooms, replenishing linens, towels, and amenities, and collecting used linens for laundering. You help with cleaning guest rooms and public areas, handle cleaning chemicals safely, report maintenance issues, and provide a welcoming service to guests with clear information about the property's amenities and features. You collaborate with colleagues to ensure tasks are completed promptly, manage time effectively, and navigate the property physically (including stairs) while pushing heavy trolleys. A warm, detail-oriented communicator who values teamwork and can support shifts including weekends and public holidays fits this role.
