Job Summary
Houseperson to support the housekeeping team by delivering requested items to guest rooms, ensuring linens, towels, and amenities are stocked, collecting used linens for laundering, assisting with cleaning of guest rooms and public areas, handling cleaning chemicals safely, and providing welcoming guest service. Collaborates with housekeeping colleagues to complete tasks efficiently, prioritizes guest requests, and helps maintain smooth operations across the property. Requires physical activity, ability to navigate the property, and flexibility to work various shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Housekeeping experience or related field preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lift and move items and navigate a busy property
- Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
- Ability to work in a team and assist room attendants
- Comfort with handling cleaning chemicals safely
